I used to be a member and always looked forward to receiving their publication. It used to focus on gun safety and gun knowledge many moons ago. Wayne LaPierre spends first day of NRA retirement on trial — Business Insider February 1 was the first day of Wayne LaPierre's retirement after 30 years at the helm of the NRA. Gun control and gun safety advocates said they were not sorry to see him go. "Disastrous and extreme," one advocate said of LaPierre's long tenure. He spent the day in the front row of his three-week-long civil corruption trial in New York, where officials allege he violated not-for-profit laws by spending millions of donor dollars on personal expenses and lucrative contracts for cronies. LaPierre has denied the allegations. Gun control and gun safety advocates say they're not sorry to see LaPierre go. A few took the opportunity to unload, so to speak, to Business Insider on what they described as LaPierre's bullet-riddled legacy. "His legacy will ultimately be one of corruption, mismanagement, and the untold destruction gun violence has brought to every American community," said Nick Suplina, a senior vice president at Everytown for Gun Safety.
Whenever the NRA mails anything to me, I cram as much of it as will fit in their postage page envelope and send it right back to them (after removing anything personally identifying.) Screw them. Note: I have a CCP and own multiple firearms, including an AR-15.
I think it would be funny to mail them a single bullet, most people might view that as a threat, I'm not sure how the NRA would take it though
Maga please keep sending them money. NRA head Wayne LaPierre, testifying at corruption trial, confirms details of lavish lifestyle Trump’s PACs Spent Roughly $50 Million on Legal Expenses in 2023
Maybe he can do a farewell tour of all the mass shooting sights over the last 20 years. I'm sure the locals will just love him.
