Now that The KC made it to the SB I can pull against them again. Up to this point its been too entertaining watching maga middle/elderly aged men lose their s* over TS. But the SB is Taylor Swift and KC Chefs vs 49ers. This is it, last game of the year.

For the narrative being that liberals are easily triggered, these conservatives sure do appear to be charmin soft if they can't handle someone being shown on TV between plays a handful of times.

Impossible to know but I'm curious for the people complaining (not on this board but in general), how many have actually been watching Chiefs games start to finish. I'd be willing to bet it's a low percentage.

Silly commentary here. Other than the live game action, the Super Bowl is aimed at a mass audience unlike every other NFL game. There will be Swift content like it or not just like there will be dumb commercials.

no, no, no. It is a sign of everything that is wrong with the world, don't you know. You need to wake up and get triggered. /s just in case.

I'll be pulling for the 49ers, but I fear that the Chiefs and the refs are going to swiftboat them.

I see that San Francisco is favored. Perhaps a lot of money to be made by those who are sure it's gonna be rigged for the Chiefs to win.

I appreciate the tiresome nature of it. I find it funny, not disruptive or disturbing, and I like the connection it gives me with my daughter.

The rest of the political stuff is absurd, IMO. It’s football, and it’s Hollywood (ok, Nashville). It’s not the Cuban Missile Crisis.

The unspoken part about all this is that Taylor doesn’t seem to want the attention on her. There was a spot in the last game when the camera turned to her and she was caught nothing, “please stop filming, please stop filming, please stop filming,” or words to that effect. I’m sure she’s heard the complaints, and it seems to me, just from watching, she’s having fun just hanging with Kelce’s family and watching the games and would prefer the cameras stay off of her.

If they’re going to do that can they at least simulate a new and less numbing chord progression.

He's British, so that is actually what I think when I think of "football fan" because that's the real football, not the pretend American shit

BTW, a lot of Ravens fans felt they got the short end of the calls, but there was some pretty strong tape out afterwards, including an uncalled tripping against Chris Jones in the end zone that should have been a safety. Plus, the non-hold on the screen that scored. The quality of NFL refereeing is down, but there was no bias.

I seem to recall Taylor dumping a British football star before taking up with an American football star, possibly due to foreign shit.

No, she was with a not very famous Brit actor. Pretty sure she's never dated an athlete.

I know right? You’re having a great party and a shot goes to Taylor Swift for 30 seconds, and bam, the party is destroyed. Everybody may as well go home.

We can fight through 30 minutes of cumulative commercials, a ridiculous spectacle of a halftime show and a lot of other things but seeing TS in a sky box for 30 seconds? GAME OVER!!
