He makes a lot of those quick 3's and they help us win games. Every player makes a bad pass here and there. Doesn't make him an overall "bad Clayton". Headband Jr has been very consistent this year.
Thank my man, I stayed off the board during the game because I wanted to focus on the game and not make knee jerk emotional responses. Heck of a win!!!
I stay off the game threads because I can't bring myself to watch live action. I'm too hyped up to wait through half time and commercials. I start watching about 60-70 minutes after tip off. lol
23 against UK in Gainesville and 23 against UK in Lexington. That says it all. Best two guard we've had since Bradley Beal. And that says a lot.
I have done that at times. Or 30 minute delay, skip commercials and go live after halftime. Hard though for a big game to wait. Also I usually like to be live with Sean and Hump.
lol, I do too. I start watching 30 - 40 minutes after tip so I can skip through all the irritating commercials and breaks.
I do the same but it makes it a bit difficult to follow the game thread when your 30 minutes behind! LOL - I also tend to "cheat" by checking the game thread late to see if we are winning or losing.
Also in Winston Salem when Mike Miller made the runner to beat Butler in the regionals, and the whole coliseum of fans were against us, Yea! The refs in the second half let Butler back in the game by not calling fouls on their mugging continuously.
One of my top 5 most memorable Gator games in attendance. We were about 4 rows behind the Gator bench. So fun!
I started yelling and screaming when he hit it, I probably saw you stand up when he hit it. Only a handful of Gators that night.
I was at the Providence game in 06 when they honored Billy D's return. Gators won in a decent contest, Gators could not quite blow em out but they held a fairly comfortable lead most of the game. My first (live) experience with the 04's / championship squad. The crowd was amazing and they did a GREAT job of honoring Billy. This game was also BEFORE the 06 team was recognized as a powerhouse although I think they were unbeaten at the time.
Can you belive how fast Clayton gets his shots off? I mean he can catch and shoot in the same motion seamlessly. Talk about a quick release! Kinda reminds me of........well, .... me! Lol .
you might be right, but then I also look at an 18-3 South Carolina team ranked at #46 that's beaten UK and Tenn AT Tenn...seems the SEC isn't quite getting the weighting it deserves, though that's often the case I think the SEC has more young players and teams that peak later. You often see us not do as well in the OOC games to start the season then almost every year we have at least a couple teams that outperform their ranking in the NCAAT. Maybe we'll see the same this year
