What are our chances at Rupp?

I don’t think there is anywhere near enough TV sample size for a fan to make that kind of determination. He seemed pretty comfortable and skilled handling the ball to me. I thought he looked good out there but need to see more of him.

 

There are miracles. But not in this case. We are supposed to lose so it won't be a bad lost .

 

We match up pretty well vs this UK team. We should have beaten them at home so I still give us a decent chance on the road. I expect it to be close.

 

When was the last time we got a fair shake from the refs in Rupp? Don't hold your breath for this game to be remotely fair either.

Some might be surprised to realize that the Gators have won three of the last 10 at Rupp. I don't necessarily see the FT difference as being significant and would acknowledge that in some of those games, KY was the more physical team that got to the basket more. OTOH, a couple of the disparities are substantial (2017, 2019). At times it has felt that our guys didn't get fouls called when driving to the basket/over the back, etc. But again, I don't see these numbers as signif or anything more than a point of interest.

 

I don't think we would be favored to win at UK, at T A&M or at home versus Auburn, but we should have between a 30% chance and a low 40% chance in each of those games so winning one is slightly more than likely but certainly no done deal.
