Be careful, the Swifties will be coming for you. Make sure you have your State Farm life insurance.

The usual mouthbreathers marching into NFL threads to let us know how cool they are for not watching the NFL

Anyway, good performance from the Chiefs. They looked shaky all season but are playing well when it matters.

Very surprised by the Ravens offense, especially at home.

I've got nothing against the Chiefs, but I do have a question:

Do you mouthbreathe when getting your pedicure during a Chiefs game?

The NFL has a problem, although they don't care because they make boatloads of money, in that the regular season can be played with an effective QB and have them look transcendent when they both run and pass with the skill Lamar has. But then, the game changes in the playoffs and my guess is that the players play much stronger and more focused (on the championship caliber teams) while the refs allow the calls to be less namby pamby. So, the cream rises to the top.

IMO, Mahomes' game grows in the playoffs. Purdy's just may also. Lamar seems to hit his ceiling and can't overcome his mental limitations. And when the going gets tough (in this era) the team looks to the QB to give them the mojo to play loose on all sides of the ball. The Ravens last SB (and actually the first one also) was the last SB champion whose team was built on elite defense and a capable QB.

This SB should be intriguing. Is Purdy the next Brady, under-the-radar QB who gets it?

I do have a head cold, so there's that. Anytime I get a negative response from some of the THFSG gang it's worth it.

And I won $100 against $350. Never bet on a qb tgat running ability is his best attribute. I knew Sideshow Bob would come out on top. He’s just a vastly superior qb. Tge guy that list is a Bama fan though so he is kinda dumb anyway.
