Yes, calling them students is a joke. I like the college baseball model much better. Deion is saying all the right things about school, etc. so he hasn’t dropped in my book lately. Time will tell if he has what it takes to win some big games.
I knew as soon as I read the story , that this thread was coming. Kinda knew what some/most of the comments would be. He’s definitely a “ lighting rod” topic for some folks. At this stage of his career, he just doesn’t bother me. There are bigger hypocrites, cheaters, morons & narcissists than Deion in College Coaching.
Not attending clsss and getting a degree? I agree there’s many who get real degrees and do it online but anything to do with rich folk who don’t have to do what regular folk do is entitlement. I like how Shaq told his kids “ we ain’t rich, I’m rich.” He told em to get out there and work.
