Yes I donated $50 this past week to help with the unjust legal persecution. I’ll continue to donate when I can.

When Trump is prosecuted, all Conservatives are prosecuted. When Trump is unjustly put on trial, all Conservatives are unjustly put on trial.

By directly attacking Trump you are directly attacking to me. That connection is what you all don’t understand and have never tried to understand.

Trump’s truest statement is that they are going after us conservatives. That they hate us conservatives. Trump is just in the way. If Trump is no longer in the way there is nothing preventing them from going after and destroying us.

    GOOD. LORD.

A January 2021 study commissioned by the U.S.-China Business Council (USCBC) claims that former president Donald Trump’s trade policies cost the United States 245,000 jobs. As a Reuters news report put it, the USCBC claimed that “a gradual scaling back of tariffs” could help stop the bleeding, while also arguing that a failure to do so would lead to even greater job losses and more sluggish growth.

This is actually smart policy IMO. Will it hurt the average American’s wallet? Yes.

But it also effectively takes direct aim at the CCP’s ability to censor and control American companies by holding their supply chains hostage. That is a national security issue regardless if Democrat-loving Big Business wants to operate under communist censorship to chase greater shareholder profits.

Some things are so important that they transcend profit motive, and letting communists control the American business sector is one of those things.

Oh, go look at new NAFTA same horrible socialist crap....how does that fit your commie narrative?

go look at his S. Korea trade deal. How does that fit your radical commie narrative?

go look at his saving of washing machine jobs........

go look at his scuttling of the TPP

this is how you cripple an economy. & it is shameful that you support it due to an R. Become commies, you know to fight communism.

$50 ... come on man. That barely buys like 5 seconds of airtime on his private jet. Dig deeper, man. He's got more bills to pay and more women to pay off.

I 100% disagree. This is a game theory problem. It is a classic prisoner’s dilemma where collectively we are all better off if every company left China, but no one will because they will be behind their competitors if they move away from China and their competitors don’t.

The government can incentivize companies leaving China by taking away the profit motive by staying in China.

There would be economic pain in the short term, but it would only be short term. The more disconnected US companies are from China, the less control the CCP has here to exert pressure on US companies to censor free speech in the US homeland.

National security and guaranteeing the CCP does not enjoy censorship privileges on US soil are good reasons to take a hit in the short term. We are in a battle for human civilization on earth with the CCP. We have to do everything we can to thwart their schemes to exert control in the West even forms of soft control like holding US profits hostage because US companies have placed their supply chains in China.

Anyone who is unwilling to acknowledge the national security risks of having our nation’s supply chains run through an enemy who seeks to destroy the US has their head in the sand.

Capitalism will not exist if China beats us in a war. Indifference towards supply chain related national security risks is a fool’s game. We have to defend our civilization if you want capitalism to exist on earth past 2050.

To some of extent a lot of companies have derisked their supply chains so they do not 100% depend on China. But China still has significant influence internationally due to the number of countries with a supply chain presence in China. Getting US companies out of China makes us more resilient to Chinese retaliation and bullying.

There actually is a president who has supported policies and legislation to decrease reliance on overseas supply chains and he doesn't have an orange complexion.

I have never criticized Biden on what he has done with trying to limit China’s access to advanced computer chips. I think it is one of the things Biden has done right regarding his stance on China.
