While I agree that it may be in bad taste sadly a lot of Trump's followers including those who claim to be Evangelical Christians treat him as if he is Christlike figure and he frequently uses language to the effect that he is being symbolically crucified on their behalf through the criminal and civil lawsuits against him. Trump arrest prompts Jesus comparisons: 'Spiritual warfare' Report: Trump, No Joke, Believes What He’s Going Through Is Like the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ Opinion | The Deification of Donald Trump Poses Some Interesting Questions In recent weeks, for example, the former president posted a video called “God Made Trump” on Truth Social that was produced by a conservative media group technically independent of the Trump campaign. He has also screened it at campaign rallies. The video begins as a narrator with a voice reminiscent of Paul Harvey’s declares: “On June 14, 1946, God looked down on his planned paradise and said: ‘I need a caretaker.’ So God gave us Trump.”

I respect you and while we are in disagreement on a number of issues, I only wish that there were more self-described Evangelicals such as yourself. Out of respect for you I have deleted the post.
Much appreciated my friend. And i agree about Pence He was my choice in 2016...but the media would have ripped him to shreds sadly.
