Here, the mere lack of written authorization (nm all the issues that could call the current tribe's leadership into question vis a vis whatever relics may be on display....) seems to suffice to supress... Do you honestly think this was a conservatives idea? The way I see it is yeah at one point different tribes owned the land and lost it ultimately to us. Someday someone will take it from us again. It’s the circle of life.
I thought conservatives were big on property rights? If someone stole your stuff and put it on display in their house and wouldnt give it back, you probably wouldnt be a fan of that.
