Dude just lost his coach. It's not like he is bailing on a coach he has played for 3 years. If our coach leaves, the players should be able to leave too. I'm not messed up about this one. Our RB left in the middle of our current coaches tenure. It isn't the same IMHO.

Of course I agree with the last part but just to push back on the first part...
    Turner left Washington after
    1) A frustrating season (I assume, since he was injured.)
    2) His coach left. Who knows how he fits in with the new guy.
    3) His school/ team is now in a conference with teams 2000+ miles away.

I think if any one of those applied to any of our guys leaving I would understand and not call them quitters.

From my pov, there were only 2 transfers out that I'm down about- Princely and ETN. The rest probably needed a fresh start.
And ETN is the only one I'm salty about...

Since his mom implied he was leaving because he was "RB2" when in reality he got plenty of touches AND he was dinged up a little so IMO it was good he didn't get all the carries he did. (Plus the GA thing.)

His head coach left for Alabama. I have no issue with a player leaving after his coach does.

He says he will help to mentor the younger players..sounds like good leadership..and he is familiar with Harris our new DB coach..

    Will be interesting.
I think at least one of Manuel or Crenshaw-Dickson starts at OT, other should be third OT behind Barber
Dike hopefully steps up at WR as a starter
Slackman should have a chance to start at DT if healthy...like him and Caleb Jackson inside with Banks and Lyons backing up
Bridges seems to be the replacement for Jaydon Hill
Turner starts in front of Thornton if healthy IMO
Think Castell starts but Douglas getting plenty of reps at the other safety slot
Pup a complete question mark to me.....no clue if he is ready, I'm guessing not a starter
Not sure Gumbs starts, but think him and Taylor need to be productive players that give a lot of quality snaps on the outside. Certainly one of the two will need to play a lot

Spring will tell a lot, but I will say 5....one at OT, Dike, Bridges, Turner, Slackman. If the Air Force TE ever makes the move I think he starts too

Reggie Nelson was 6’1”, if I remember correctly. And probably 210 or less. But from the perspective of the offensive player, he probably came across more like 250!

Lack of snaps on a bad Carolina team has me waiting on spring. Not that I expect any kid to play that much as a true freshman, but I'm not assuming he is ready yet either. Curious to watch him and M Graham battle

For real, I could barely keep up with recruiting, now, due to the transfer portal, we have to know the roster of every Power 5 team, the players stats, team performance, how he or they are in the locker room, is the family life up to snuff, does the kid swing straight or that other way, not to mention how much NIL is required.

    Hoo Boy ..................

I''m gonna buy me an aquarium. LOL

Thanks apk - I won't pretend to know who makes the grade, and will help the Gators. They say Billy is a good talent evaluator, I really hope so,
especially this cycle, because his job may very well depend on these choices in 24. On the surface it seems like a pretty good group but being a
wearer of OnB glasses, I convince myself during the offseason, every year, that UF is BACK. Can't help myself!
