if there’s any substance to that, it seems like something the Dems could use

And he's outdone most people financially. Why the personal shots? If you judge people based on that, then that's a you problem.

Why the personal shots? Perhaps you're kidding. Have you read any of the content from that poster over the years? Anyone who disagrees with them gets a personal shot. They constantly have referred to me coming out of my basement. This post is the first time I've ever responded to that senseless garbage. I'm not giving them time, I'm responding to you. As for the shot, I'm not only giving them a taste of their own medicine; I'm helping them to learn why personal attacks are not proper. And they might be a billionaire real estate investor for all I care. Money don't make ya. I don't know what your last sentence refers to.

I completely agree with you & I liked (as in insta hit the like button) flagators post. But, he once again took a lame personal shot at me when I posted facts to support my pt. Guess he’s in your blind spot like ole ass clown “never puts anyone down” plank. I couldn't care less about the personal shot as I am in favor of that spiciness as I've indicated previously. Not a big fan of your selective school marmin' though.

I was saying this could happen more than a year ago, but I likened him more to Rick Perry - a politician that as a concept and at a state level has appeal but once subjected to national media falls apart.

That would be a terrible strategic pick for Trump but not necessarily a bad one for the GOP long term

ETA: I take that back - I think Ron could rehabilitate himself but I’m not sure serving in a Trump second term would help that

I actually think it would be a terrible strategic pick for DeSantis.

Yeah, on further reflection I agree. I think he’d have to cross Trump too much. The best move is to find him a position where he’s generally out of Trump’s crosshairs but is remaining important in some sense. It’s a tough problem since you never know who Trump is going to go after or why

Yeah, kinda redundant. Not saying it's great, just reading the tea leaves, and reverse engineering to possible/ likely why/why now.
