We're all wondering why no Roberts announcement yet. It's odd and if he's in Gainesville working then maybe a technicality with new or old contract or something that's not too much of a concern. Could Auburn be messing with him?

 

He’s already changed his profile to uf coach and says he’s living in Gainesville. UF is notoriously slow with these announcements, not sure why anyone is freaking out about it.

 

LOL. Hard to take anyone seriously with that username.

 

I'm just curious. Slow is usually a few days not a few weeks after it's widely reported.

 

So much naivete on these MB's. They've gotta find a scapegoat even if it's not the right one though.

 

He put in plenty of effort AND got results until he got sick of the BS at UF. Then I admit he bailed. Can't say I blame him though as UF is f'd up.

It's only been a few days

 

I just looked at reports and was surprised it's been only 7 days. Felt like 10-14 days to me.

 

Time doesn’t fly in the offseason

 

I think it’s only been a few days, but it was a month or so before some of the announcements of pretty widely known assistant hires in softball just a few months back. A few weeks doesn’t seem that out of character for an announcement of an assistant coach at UF. I don’t know why it takes so long here, but it’s not something I get squirmy about. The coach says he works for florida and lives in Gainesville. His most recent posts are about Gator commits. Maybe he’s waiting on efawcett to finish his silly edit. I dunno.

 

Do you really thank any big time receiver will come here to catch passes 5 yds behind the LOS

 

Yes, they would really hate to be a top 6 receiver in the SEC, like Pearsall, with a 15 per reception average. Kids hate that stuff.

Fans claim fan negativity has no bearing on program perception and then the same fans espouse perceptions that receivers aren't utilized in this offense which is based on fan based negative perceptions and not proven by actual results on the field lolol. Can't make this up. Oh wait, I guess we can!

Not to mention Wilson got a ton of touches as a freshman receiver.

There are problems with aspects of the coaching and product but the overall offensive scheme ain't the problem.
