Can't blame him. If you were an elite WR, would you rather play for Sark or Napier? If Florida had a competent play caller, some semblance of a vertical passing attack and the ability to protect the QB, elite WRs would come.

right. UF upgraded the facilities just in time for it to not be that “relevant” in the recruiting aspect anymore as it would have been about 10 years ago lol

 

Diverted from where? NIL money can’t come from the schools, TV money, or the athletic association’s, right? Thought It all comes from boosters and private donations. Maybe if a booster was thinking about a large donation to the athletic association, but then someone advises to divert it to the NIL collective maybe.

 

Right. Instead of Condron throwing his name on a new baseball stadium that donated money could have gone towards football NIL. And if schools aren’t already doing it, it’s not going to be surprising when money from athletic departments start getting laundered into NIL collectives.
