We can meet in the middle at 7 or 8 wins consistently. Personally don’t care if Billy makes it or gets fired, I’m for UF and not an individual player or coach.

This has been an unusually tame thread for this forum. Is saying losing seasons will get coaches fired considered being negative? Sounds to me like a statement of fact.

oh well, guess the new coach would just need to find a transfer like Bo Nix, Michael Penix, Hendon Hooker, Justin Fields, Joe Burrow, Quinn Ewers, Caleb Williams, Jaydon Daniels... Holding a program hostage over a single player is crazy.

Either way whether Billy gets 2025 is 100% up to how Billy performs in 2024. Nothing we say here or super popular places like X/Reddit will make a difference.

 

No recruit is making any decisions off of Gator Country. We aren’t that important. They are spending far far far more time on actual social media platforms. I doubt most recruits realize this site even exists.

Either way we are a top academic institution. Recruits shouldn’t have to read a forum to realize a coach with 2 straight losing seasons at the University of Florida is swimming in murky waters. It seems pretty damn self evident.

 

What player would want to come here when we fire HC's hand over fist. I'll wait.
