    Wow. Looks like they view the tape as undermining the ability to bring charges but will turn to 934 and criminally prosecute. They are after him

    Florida Republican Party chair removed amid rape allegation he denies (msn.com)

    Christian Ziegler on Monday was voted out as chair of the Florida Republican Party, weeks after being pushed to resign from his position as police continue to investigate a rape accusation against him that he denies.

    The vote to remove Zeigler occurred during a closed-door meeting on Monday afternoon in Tallahassee. The state party's vice chair, Evan Power, was elected as the new chair.

    "What we did today was come together and close this chapter and move on to move forward to continue to win elections in Florida," Power told reporters after the meeting.

    you aren't the first person to point that out... wife tells me it isn't what I have to say, it is how I say it. apparently my filters are broken..

    that superwoman pic showed an awfully strong jawline...just sayin I tried but I couldn't dig it :)

    Legally, no doubt that a potential charge for illegally recording is not as bad as a rape charge. Of course, if someone feels they have to record the sex to defend against a possible allegation of rape, it would seem pretty obvious that the whole thing is bad idea.
