I think this is Gators vs. Nebraska in Fiesta Bowl all over again. UM wins, but hope UW does.

You are right, but wrong. Michigan is expected to win, and OSU was expected to crush us, but..

In '06, everyone thought OSU's offense was going to scorch us. Instead, our defense wrecked their offense.

In '08, everyone thought Oklahoma's offense was going to tear us up, instead we slobberknocked them.

Michigan has a defense the likes of which Washington has never seen. Like--never. Washington's QB is awesome, but he can't throw if he is on his ass.

Defense wins championships. Michigan will terrorize their offense.

Don't care who wins but gut told me Washington but after reading others opinions Michigan may be the more well rounded team.

I don't know and don't really care cause the Gators aren't playing in the game!

I do hope it is a good game.

I’m saying Michigan wins. Solely due to the fact that the NCAA is overdue to strip a team of a national championship for cheating.

I commented to a UW graduate friend that they better get a pass defense before UM. He said they have no defense, never have. They score, others score, they score, etc. Then the other team makes a mistake and doesn't score.
UDUB as they call themselves, can score big, so it may be a shoot out.

I agree. Pretty much all the recent national championship teams have had a lot of good defensive players but didn’t play great team defense against good teams. This Michigan defense reminds me of our great defenses like 2006 and 2008 that could actually shut down a good team.

I am a betting man, and my money is on Michigan. But I’m a very bad betting man, so UW probably wins.

I agree. Doesn’t play the NIL game like OSU does…good evaluation of talent, coaches fundamentals and happy that he sticks it to Ryan Day and OSU

They were caught doing it but they just kept doing it and that’s why they beat Bama ? They knew which plays Bama OL was going to pretend to fall backwards so they were able to just run over them ?

Guess i will go with Michigan but the Penix kid is really good. If the recievers can get out in space I would not be surprised to
    see the Huskies win it.

Can't see UW stopping the Michigan running game. That will take away a possession or two from the Huskies. I like Washington's offense and their qb. Michigan 31-26.

Penix made some amazing throws vs Texas.

But Texas doesn’t have a scary defense.

My heart says Washington but my head says Michigan.

I wouldn’t mind Michigan wins it all. If I didn’t attend UF, would have gone to Michigan, my final two choices.

I didn't realize you meant that people were saying they were stealing signals against Bama. No indication of that and they clearly dominated the LOS. But they were caught cheating and chose not to fight it when they saw the evidence.

Amazing contrast the different directions the UF and Meatchicken programs went after we beat them silly in Atlanta a few years back. :(

I think Corum is the key. If he gets 20+ touches and over 100 yards, then Michigan can hit some big plays off of playaction. If UW can contain Michigan's running game and force McCarthy into throwing on obvious passing down, like 3rd and long, UW will get enough stops. Michigan's D is very good, but UW has a bunch of players who will be playing on Sunday. And it's not just Penix, Odunze, but the other WR McMillan, and 2 or 3 O-line.

UW just also finds a way to win close games. It's uncanny. They simply don't panic and believe they will win. If the game is close, this should favor the Huskies.
