    Given that I have no idea how 1st, 2nd or 4th quarter scoring was, I have no reason to be hopeful or disgusted. Idk

    Two conclusions:

    1. Napier does not make halftime adjustments anticipating or responding to how the opposing defense will adjust.

    2. Napier takes his foot off the gas.


    End conclusion: we need an OC not named Billy Napier.

    In 2023 3rd quarters, if I counted correctly:

    Gators out scored opponent 4 times: record 2-2

    Opponent out scored Gators 5 times: record 1-4

    Gators and opponents scored the same: record 2-1

    Conclusion? Score more points? Keep the other team from scoring? Both good ideas.

    At least in 06 you could count on us to have a 3rd quarter meltdown. This is from my memory.
    Note- not vs Ohio state but much of the rest of the year.
