So disingenuous. We all knew he wasn't very good from watching him this season. Hopefully he'll make a leap, but get out of here with this implication that people who don't mind seeing him move on are motivated by sour grapes.
I’ll be honest, I have been waiting for this since midseason. Either the kid can’t play or the coaches couldn’t coach him, but my goodness I have never seen anyone take so many bad angles on a football field in my life. Couldn’t blame Mr 700 for him
Apologize for the snarkiness. Maybe he really is just that bad. So hard to believe we'd be getting rid of any lb depth at all at this point, though. Are we even close to short on scholarships?
On3 agrees with you. "Williams finished third on the team in tackles (53.0) along with 4.0 tackles-for-loss, two forced fumbles and a sack. However, he earned the worst PFF grade among UF starters (42.1) with a tackling grade of 39.7, missing a team-worst 15 tackles. Williams was benched the final two games of the season for Teradja Mitchell and would’ve had to win his job back in 2024."
sorry you don't like my opinion but I really don't care. Look at all the responses of all the starters who are in the portal.
Post #46 describes how poorly Scooby graded, with the most missed tackles on the team. He had been benched the last two games of the season. Most likely, he realized he had lost his job, hence the transfer.
It's hilarious looking at all the negative ratings on a majority of our posts saying it's a plus for both parties. Yet they're the same negheads crying about CBN and our record..... smh
Easy.... look at the posts of us saying Williams leaving isn't a bad thing. Look at the negative ratings. Then read the posts from the people dropping the negative ratings. Those same people crying about Napier are crying about under performing players leaving. Got the jist?
Based on how historically bad they’ve been, does anyone fit in our Defense? The whole scheme needs a major overhaul.
By chance did you watch ANY film of the scheme? The play calling has been there all season but the D was YOUNG, inexperienced, & wasn't full of SEC quality talent, & apparently the AC's had issues. Dan Mullen also left this program is shambles.
Players who can tackle, can take the correct angle when in persuit, and players who will chase when an opponent is racing towards the goal line.. All these types of players will fit in our scheme.
