Kiffy turned Auburn down, don't think he wants a bigger stage anymore.

I’d consider that a bigger stage

I don’t think Saban bought a $23,000,000.00 home in Florida so that he could rent it out on Vrbo. What would be better than going out on top? When he wins this Natty I’m betting he punches out.

I have a client that is co owner of Crist Craft yachts. He has been working with Saban on his new boat that he will be parking at that property. It gets delivered next month.

Sounds like the annual rumor is making its rounds. The only people who would know is Nick and his wife.

I will say, while he's doing well now, things can change rapidly 70+, so it wouldn't surprise me if he did end up retiring from coaching.

I heard UGA has a young up and comer on the defensive side. Will Muskrats or something. Maybe his big shot.

    What will happen first?

UF hiring an OC or Saban retiring?

Jupiter Island is really nice. He might spend some time at Square Grouper talking about some epic college football stories with the regulars. Damn I wish I still lived in north Palm Beach County lol.

NO WAY Dabo goes there. He’s Clemson’s Saban. They will pay whatever it takes to stay and following Saban is not the job you want! Not gonna happen.

I have no idea about Saban but I doubt Dabo goes there.
I’m a clemson fan and I’m well acquainted with Dabo.
It wouldn’t work and I think he knows that.

Hairball ain’t going to Bama. I seriously doubt Sark would go, either.

They would call Urban, he'd say no
    Dabo would say no
Sarkisian has a job that's just as good if not better
Lanning doesn't have enough history for them
Riley looks like a failure at USCw

    Bob Stoops? :D

It will be one of the biggest openings in the sport. You’re being handed the keys to a dynasty. Alabama is going to go on a deep hunt when that time comes, and they’re not going to be pursuing half the scrubs mentioned in this thread.

Can't remember a year this same rumor wasn't going around.

No way he'll retire anytime soon.

    He enjoys it too much!

Screw $aban, hopefully Michigan absolutely embarrasses him into retirement. If not, hopefully they used all their luck this year & they crash & burn next season.

Agree 100%. That’s like when some UF fans casually assumed that Bobby Stoops would come replace Spurrier when he suddenly left in 2002. I was one of them, frankly. A wiser fellow Gator put it thusly: “You think Stoops has to pay for his breakfast at the Norman Denny’s?”

Auburn is definitely a bigger stage then Ole Miss, titles can be won at Auburn.
