Not the point. People here have said it this year. They gave a pass for their embarrassing losses and praised them for nearly beating bama. We nearly beat top 10 mizzou on the road and had our duds as well but the everyone else is making progress and we still suck crowd would roast us for the same showing. Our offensive numbers are far from bad overall even with a terrible offensive line. He still needs an offensive coordinator but offense isnt why we lost games kast year. Granted he is in year one and Napier certainly screwed the pooch on some things but college football is chaos and he is making changes. I won't be surprised if auburn ponies up for guys like Evan Stewart either. They will do anything to be relevant again and now they have a coach will facilitate that as well.
Losing to a mediocre 7-5 Maryland team in a blowout is pretty embarrassing. Happy to see Auburn crushed. Getting too much hype for almost beating Bama.
With the win, Maryland goes to 14-14-2 in bowl games. With the loss, Auburn goes to 24-21-2 in bowl games.
