Gotta say I’m impressed with Kiffen’s team

 

Not sure if Lane can be called an elite coach but he definitely is the best play caller in college football currently.

 

I sure am glad Kiffin isn’t our coach. Can you imagine watching a fun offense with efficient defense? Yuck.

 

Seider calling a nice game for PSU. More explosive plays in a game than they had all year it seems like.

 

PSU responds in 2 minutes to make it 20-17. PSU only 9 yards less offense than Ole Miss.

 

His team is playing well too. Discipline, which is a bit surprising

 

Crazy part is he has an offensive coordinator too. Almost like he learned from Saban who could definitely call his own defense but instead hires people like Kirby Smart who are just as good.

It's almost like trying to do two jobs will result in neither getting done well even if you're good at both. Imagine any other career where someone you're hiring as CEO for a $200m revenue business tells you they'll also fill the CIO slot. You'd get laughed out of the conference room.

Kiffin has matured a lot since he got to Ole Miss, IMO. To me he's an offensive genius and once he got his arrogance under control he's become a very good head coach.
