lets not skew this thread up with facts I kinda like the bitchin' and whining reminds me why I left my EX .....AHHHH fond memories
I never called you names either. I’ve disagreed with your always-negative attitude that you call being “critical “. Nobody here is a victim, and I take none of this personally. All I want is for a handful of y’all to climb down off Napier’s back and support his monumental efforts to resurrect our program. Constantly bashing him makes his job more difficult, especially in the recruiting market.
Yep. Not a fan of the etienne family. Hope the jags trade him so I don’t have to cheer for him anymore.
Last post and then I'll take a self imposed timeout. I like Napier, Skink. Really, really like him. He inherited a mess, and I'm grateful for all all his efforts to resurrect our putrid program. Even pointing out the transfers of starters is NOT a knock on him. I think he is absolutely NOT the reason anyone would leave UF. Asking the (fair) question "why" is because I assume there are OTHER reasons. You'd be hard pressed to find posts of mine criticizing CBN. Other than maybe an ingame thread if he had what I thought was a bad play call. In fact, I like him as an OC and have been criticized for defending our offense (irony of ironies). I support our guy and am glad he is ours. And have been impressed thus far with his off season staff changes. I hope CBN is our coach ten years from now. And, even if he has a losing season in 2024, I hope he's the man on the sideline in 2025.
No offense to this young man, but why would coaches need to divulge coaching change plans to a walk on punter?
I’ve been on your case but I really don’t think you’re a bad fan doc. It’s just kinda been like trying to have a “meaningful discussion” with Eeyore. A likeable fellow, but man, it gets wearing over time never hearing a positive outlook
Ole miss has to take everyone. They are as bad off as fsu. 2023 Mississippi Rebels Football Depth Chart | Ourlads.com
I don't think they really wanted any of those to leave, but its to be expected now. All I know is the one person who will have the biggest impact, by far, in 24 is coming back, Mertz. We've seen the effects of losing a qb does to offenses to multiple teams. A second year in the offense with an experienced qb is huge. With the others, it will be hard to quantify their loss to the team in 24 unless you really believe there is a massive drop off in talent. I just don't think the dropoff is that much and in some cases, there might be an improvement depending on how the offseason goes. It would have been nice to have had Hill back, but understand its probably time for him to move on. He's a gator in my book. McClellan departure probably won't be noticed with the portal additions and realistically, we were looking at 25 for him to be a major contributor with Cam coming back in 24, IMO. Edit; Had McClellan mixed up with McMillon.
Dude, you're a negative nellie...just roll with it! C'mon man, @HisDoc is a good Gator Fan and is absolutely not an Eeyore. If he has some concerns about our current situation getting straightened out, he would be no different than about 99% of Gator fans.
I said I don’t think he’s a bad fan. FWIW, I also did not call him an Eeyore. What I did say is the constant negativity posted (at least recently) is like having a discussion with Eeyore.
You suggested that having a discussion with him is like having a conversation with Eeyore. It was a thinly veiled, unwarranted potshot at best.
