100%. I’m gonna root for SEC, and especially for teams that aren’t typically there, as well as anyone playing FSU or Miami.

 

One way to look at this is a meaningless bowl game with backups who are not the best players on their team. The other way is a bunch of college kids giving it their all, tackling well, and not mailing it in.

I prefer the latter and I like it!!!

 

Agree, and another reason to root for Missouri beyond them being an SEC team. Nice to see the underdog/little guys make their way up. Missouri is a really nice story. I really like their running back Schrader and their quarterback, Cook.

I get the Drinkwitz hate b/c the guy is cocky. But he is Mizzou’s spurrier. The above is right - guy is taking lemons and making lemonade, and not apologizing to anybody. Our problem is we are in the talent rich state of Florida and losing to him. It is an us issue, not a him issue.

And I do not root for SEC just b/c they are SEC. This is a team that fights.
