Mizzou defense showing its cl(ass). This 3-0 game is riveting, what with all the OSU stars out and a Mizzou team just trying to be relevant.

They had Marvin Harrison on the field, they had a pretty good starting QB who transferred to Syracuse 3 weeks ago, they played a cupcake OOC schedule and only 2 quality Big 10 teams - Michigan & Penn St. and split those. Plus, their defense is legitimately excellent.

Whelp, the defenses seem decent, the offenses for both teams are abysmal. This really had the makings of a great game; on paper.

One thing I've noticed, both teams are really good tacklers, particularly Ohio State. We could learn something from watching.

After seeing the kids all across the NCAA football landscape give up on bowl games and how it affects the games, it makes this whole NIL thing ever worse. They should have to give NIL $ back or be required (unless injured) to play, particularly if they accept $! Too many entitled ones out there. How much more can they milk the system? Don't they have insurance?

"I'll be forfeiting the bowl game and my teammates to prepare for the NFL." How about just playing against competition to prepare for the NFL? Just saying.
