Commend Billy for making changes where needed. Bringing in NFL quality Nutrition and S&C heads will improve personal development of each player over time. Replacing coaches whose style does not fit overall scheme helpful as well. DL and CB coaches look to be very good hires. Lacking experience of previous staff but appear to be talented
I thought Billy brought in top-flight S&C and nutrition when he came ? j/k … we didn’t go 5-7 on account of lack of S&C and nutrition.
This is going to make Big Dez pretty unhappy in the short run. Long term, hope it will add years to his life.
My biggest wants for Dez is that he and the new Strength and Conditioning coach and the new team nutritionist coach have a positive impact on him. Not just for improvement in football skills, but for his health and well being.
Billy has made changes this offseason that most observant fans would agree with. I'm glad, as his previous 3 predecessors never seemed to have the abilty to do that. The only one that remains to be seen is OC. At this point, there have been a lot of rumors, but no evidence that he will do that. I'm curious and hopefully expectant.
Yeah I agree but did he forget about the elephant in the room or will Lucy and Charlie Brown remain as game changing special teams coaches?
That's awesome! We're in year three of BN era and haven't even gotten our nutrition or S&C staff in sync? We are well on our way for sure now. Who cares about all the elite players that are now signed elsewhere from high school or the portal. We got a damn good chef that won't give big Dez any fish-sticks.
