Had we ignored science and medicine, what they’ve come to represent, far more would be alive today.

How is it possible for you to say this with a straight face when we have the work files showing he deleted sections of his people's work that included studies disagreeing with the conclusions he wanted to arrive at? So much dedication to trolling, or just desperate to avoid cognitive dissonance?

Because the junk science and studies used to push the Covid narrative made it really hard to navigate. It is clear that Ladapo was one of the best at sifting through the nonsense.

Sifting through the nonsense by deleting data that didn't conform to the narrative Ladapo wanted to push? That seems different from how science and medicine are supposed to work. In real science, when we reject low quality studies, we clearly state the reasons why the studies are being rejected. We don't just hit delete and hope no one notices.

For those following along at home (most everyone already knows this, but there are still a few people believing the propaganda coming from Ladapo and those like him):
Florida officials deleted data, stats from dubious COVID analysis: Report | Ars Technica

Florida health officials deleted key data and statistics from a state analysis on the safety of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, falsely making them appear unsafe for young men, according to draft versions of the analysis obtained by the Tampa Bay Times through public records requests.

The final analysis, which was widely criticized for its poor quality and dubious conclusions, was the basis for a statewide recommendation by Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo last October that young men, ages 18 to 39, should not receive an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine. The analysis—posted on the Florida Department of Health's website with no authors listed—claimed to find "an 84% increase in the relative incidence of cardiac-related death among males 18-39 years old within 28 days following mRNA vaccination."

Ladapo, who has a history of fearmongering about COVID-19 vaccines, touted the analysis, saying in a press release at the time that "these are important findings that should be communicated to Floridians.”

But according to draft versions of the analysis, the state epidemiologists who worked on the report came to entirely different conclusions.

Cruel and tone deaf to dismiss concerns about vaccine safety.

And the real fearmongers are the virus believers.

Yes. Sifting through the garbage was an unfortunate task. And Ladapo crushed it. As history showed us. From lockdowns to pushing the shot on young healthy people. To masking which was known long before to not work. Etc etc etc…

Ladapo is the gold standard for how to manage and guide through a pandemic of propaganda. History is on his side and it gets clearer and clearer every day. He truly is one of the best and deserves to be recognized for being right while a minority with the bully pulpit pushed their fear and nonsense for political recognition and gain. He instead did what was right. And continues to take bullets from those like you even though he was right!

We can have five threads on DeSantis simultaneously, but Long Covid is off-topic on the Covid thread.

    Got it.

Very glad that I am a pureblood. Along with my entire family. We were the smart 25% to question the validity of the "science". My daughter has already said she won't date anyone who also isn't a pureblood. As far as I'm concerned anyone who has gotten the vaccine might as well be a different species.

It always amazes me how people can be stupid and arrogant at the same time. Consider yourself lucky, there are a lot of dead “pure bloods” out there.

If vaccines have killed one person they’ve out-killed a fictitious pathogen.

And there's even more dead "vaccinated" out there as well. Your "vaccine" did anything BUT protect you. Have fun with all the unintended consequences years down the road. My blood is clean and will be worth a lot more than your tainted blood. I'm guessing at some point, if they're honest, blood banks won't accept "vaccinated" blood down the road. I've already talked to legal representation about not accepting "vaccinated" blood if I ever need a blood transfusion.

So da*n happy to be a pureblood.

Yep because I want my daughter to marry a leader, not a follower. I want my daughter to marry a man who thinks for themselves and isn't a blind sheep like you and many like you. Those who think for themselves are always persecuted, but history is always favorable to those who do think for themselves.
