Not unless Brian Johnson was there to do the work. Every QB who Mullen had that turned out to be good, Brian Johnson was coaching him. Name a QB anywhere that Johnson wasn't on the staff that got better. You can't use Tebow, because he was a generational player that would've done well at any of the schools that recruited him. In fact, when Tebow was at UF, Mullen was accused of using a spinner like used in the game Twister to call plays. Anyone here that still remembers where that was posted on the forums, please post it. If Mullen was actually good and made Tebow better, then Tebow would've had a much better NFL career.

You can join the military and die for your country, does that sound like kids to you?

I was in the Army serving my country when I was 18. They’re only still kids because we encourage them to be so.

Just because the country allows you to die for it is a very poor analogy. They legally still can't do certain things at 18 that they can at 21. If they were adults, then why deny them any/every right that someone 21 and older has?

They're kids because they are still immature, especially young men. The military likes them young because they are easier to mold into what the military wants them to be. Not as easy when they are older.

I turned 18 in Airborne School, having already graduated from basic training and AIT.

So is smoking and drinking ages. Not quite sure when smoking changed in Florida but I remember it being circa 2005 maybe in NY. So based on your analogy, in 2004 I was an adult because I could buy a pack of cigarettes, but then when the law changed the following year I couldn’t because I wasn’t 21 and became a kid again?

The laws put in place for alcohol and tobacco have no bearing on being a kid or an adult, it has more to do with medical data and likely case studies of YOUNG ADULTS and responsibility levels….still adults though!

I have had way more 18 year old adults working for me and taking on more responsibilities than almost everyone graduating from college at 21-22 years old.

So to end it all, they are someone’s kids, but they are not kids.

Legally, he is not. Dude can go die in Afghanistan for his country, he isn’t a kid. Be emotional about it all you want and attach your children to it for some reason but 18 year olds aren’t a kid

Brian Johnson is quickly wearing out his welcome in Philly, Hurts and the whole O is clearly worse this year so he may not the the whisperer that’s been suggested around here..

Any one who disagrees needs to go to some Eagles boards. As an Eagles fan I’ve seen many skewering BJ all year. They go away from the run too much when it’s working etc.
