Maybe the worshippers will get their wish and all of these evil villains who are out to get Trump can be put on trial at a giant maga rally and hanged before an audience of millions. Imagine the ratings!
A man who cannot admit that he lost an election who lies about it and everything else is the front runner for the Republican Party presidential nomination. He has no respect for the constitution or the voters or the law. How people defend him is beyond me. I get the some of the rich they support him because all they care about is taxes. The evangelical Christians are used to be told nonsense and to take in on faith. It’s the sensible middle and the young that we are counting on here. Come on swifties the country is counting on you.
The Colorado Supreme Court is denying Trump access to the ballot based on a crime he has not only not been found guilty of, but he has not been charged with. What's to stop a Michigan Supreme Court from denying Joe Biden access to the ballot for the same reason. They can apparently just declare him an insurrectionist from the bench without a criminal trial. If that's the way you guys want to play it, so be it. But frankly, I don't know how you can't call this at least an attempt to rig an election. At this point they've tried suing him, indicting him, impeaching him to prevent him from serving in office another term, and now removing him from the ballot. What else can they try at this point?
While I think the Republican Party would be wise to move on from Trump, 1. He has far too much momentum right now, they don't really have a choice. He was probably never going to win Colorado anyways and this ironically helps him more than it hurts him because it's a state like Colorado. Trump generally does well when he's perceived as a martyr provided that the attacks on him aren't simply too much to overcome. 2. Democrats or Liberal Judges shouldn't just get to decide "this person from the opposition party is simply too much, so we're denying him a seat at the table based on an accusation that he has neither been charged with nor found guilty."
I’m against Trump being removed in this fashion but A14 does not require a conviction- it seems to have been left to the states to determine
1. Prove that Trump knew the election was rightfully decided. No committee or court proved that. 2. Prove that he pushed for a violent uprising against the government because none of your post here suggests that.
By the end of her tenure she spent more time going after Trump than saying anything bad about Democrats, she was a RINO.
He (Trump) brought Israel and middle east nations together in the White House for peace deals... freaking criminal, LMFAO! Meanwhile these Liberals want the entire middle east to be one big war zone... Biden. the most incompetent clown to ever be placed in the WH.
If judges can make stuff up, i.e. "insurrection" they can damn well make up any excuse to neuter those they do not like. Trump can be a jerk - I get it. This is not about Trump - it's about a State SC arbitrarily deciding this guy doesn't qualify. Here's a hint - you may be okay with it because it's Trump; but, if the tables were turned and a conservative court said "so and so cannot run because we say so..." dude the world would be upside down (again).
We have the proof that he knew his claims that the election was stolen was false and contrived from thin air. Did he push for a violent uprising? Although that’s not the standard for insurrection, i think the point is nuanced. I think Trump certainly intended to have a mob presence outside the Capitol to intimidate Pence into violating his duty to the government and stall the transfer of power. We know from Trump’s tweets and the testimony that he was threatening Pence, calling on him to stall the transfer of power, and threatening him if he didn’t succumb. He most certainly used rhetoric that a reasonable person would construe as seeking violence against Pence if he didn’t stall the transfer.
The Dems love dictators for their cause. These judges need to be tried in a military court when Trump wins re-election.
Didn't know a State court could decide guilt/innocence on a Federal charge. Please provide link on underlying trial court's decision that he was guilty of insurrection.
