It’s fairly obvious to tell which is which. Your sources are regurgitated Ukrainian intel. Mine are not.

Our comrade's posters are never random. They are carefully chosen posters, with agendas and stories straight from the Kremlin. If his posters were random, like a broken clock, he would be right at least twice a day.

I think it would be something amazing if our Congressmen weren't complete mental defectives, and concocted this idiocy to "deprive" Ukraine of weapons and ammo, while we continued to supply Ukraine in secret. Russia would commit its troops to all-out battles on all fronts, and Ukraine would defeat them. Then I realize that we are talking about imbeciles like Matt Gaetz, Jim Jordan, Lauren Boebert, Marjorie Taylor Greene, etc. and that any higher-level thinking is just not possible.

Major victory for Russia. They shot down a Sukhoi Su-25 Frogfoot fighter jet today. Only one problem. It was one of Russia's jet fighters, not Ukraine's.

In the race to see which group can win the title for most lost during the Ukraine War, Russia's Fighter Jets pulls ahead of Russia's Fightin' Helicopters 325-324. The war is still young, though, so the Helicopters still have a chance to win the title. Ukraine's Air Force is essentially out of the running, after losing only 62 aircraft in 2022, and 7 this year.

Air Force: Russian air defense downs its own Su-25 jet

Interesting development. An Italian company, the Danieli Group, has been providing steel and steel-processing equipment to Russia in possible violation of EU sanctions. For some strange reason, the EU has been reluctant to sanction the Russian steel firm Severstal, and has only been sanctioning the owners. Danieli has been very shifty about who they are dealing with and how they are getting around the sanctions. Also, the EU has sanctioned finished steel products being sold to Russia, but not unfinished steel products. Italian steel was used to manufacture VOG-25 cluster grenades and AK-100 machine guns in Russia. Since Putin is going all-in on his wartime economy, maybe Europe should get serious and go all-in on their sanctions.

Investigation: Italian company makes sure Russian war machine has the steel it needs

Ukraine's economy gets a boost: Ukraine has developed a set of rail cars that can operate on both Ukraine's 1520mm gauge tracks and Europe's 1435mm gauge tracks. This will allow Ukraine to export grain through Europe by train instead of relying only on Black Sea shipments and trucks that might go through Poland. What they need to develop next is flatbed railcars that can move war supplies into Ukraine without relying on trucks going through Poland.

Ukrzaliznytsia debuts 'first of its kind' dual-gauge grain car to boost exports to Europe

Satellite images show 40-mile-long Russian military convoy nearing Kyiv
Last time I looked at a map Kyiv was not in Eastern Ukraine. Although the attempt to capture Kyiv by Putin and the boys fortunately ended in failure, Russia's attempt to capture the Ukrainian capital wasn't just an attempt to solidify it's control of Eastern Ukraine. It should have been rather obvious to any rational observer that at minimum Putin's goal was to establish a puppet government in Ukraine and that his real goal in the end was to reincorporate Ukraine into Russia as it was under the Czars and the Soviet Union.

A Russian paramilitary group has apparently had enough of Putin, and is conducting attacks within Russia. They seem to want something called "freedom" for some strange reason. They claimed to have attacked a "troop stronghold" in Russia.

A Russian paramilitary group opposed to Putin says it attacked a troop stronghold inside Russia's borders

Old article describing the [almost] successful Russian attempt to force Zelensky to the negotiating table. And it would have worked had Western operatives scuttled talks, urging Ukraine to fight to the last.

Or do you really believe Russia intended to conquer a country he size of Texas with 40k troops.

Putin is sweeping up in Ukraine.

But he’s sweeping up in sinister fashion!

Fiona Hill, former ambassador to Ukraine, explains why it is imperative that Russia not be allowed to win in Ukraine. It does beg the question that, given the potential repercussions, why the reluctance to supply advanced weaponry has been the US policy to date.

‘We’ll Be at Each Others’ Throats’: Fiona Hill on What Happens If Putin Wins

When we spoke this week, she made clear that the decision of whether Ukraine wins or loses is now on us — almost entirely. As Congress debates how much more money to authorize for Ukraine’s assistance amid growing Republican opposition, she says that what we are really debating is our own future. Do we want to live in the kind of world that will result if Ukraine loses?

Hill is clear about her answer. A world in which Putin chalks up a win in Ukraine is one where the U.S.’s standing in the world is diminished, where Iran and North Korea are emboldened, where China dominates the Indo-Pacific, where the Middle East becomes more unstable and where nuclear proliferation takes off, among allies as well as enemies.

Presumably, Fiona isn’t suiting up. So it’s easy for her to demand that the Ukrainians fight to the last dead conscripted soldier.

I support Ukraine, but if this is going to be entirely on the shoulders of the United States (without substantial assistance from Europe), that seems like a pretty bleak forecast.
