Agreed -- but they fill up early. Having sat in a tree in right field for the entire Covid season at KSP, my standards for what is a good seat are pretty low.
Well, since you asked. Here's a screen grab my wife got off ESPN. UF put up blue bunting on the exterior fence around the field to prevent people from watching during Covid. They didn't take into account idiots in trees. I didn't miss a game. This was the game winning home run, beating FSU on March 5, 2021.
I have impressed with her work ethic while following her on Instagram. I am hoping she is a diamond in the rough.
I congratulated Baylee on earning her UF degree. However I failed to recognize Avery and Rylee on earning their respective degree.
This is the list of our ladies receiving degrees; Avery and Rylee are cum laude in their respective classes.
Rylee has been interning at Shans in physical therapy. I wonder if she didn’t come back to ensure she graduated with honors. PT at UF is highly competitive to get into. I am sure Tim is in communication her.Maybe he can convince her come back this Spring. It’s just a thought.
I sure wish that could happen. She's always seemed like a class act to me and would be a great leader for the young pitchers.
I was driving the Bender bandwagon when she first joined the team. I turned out to be totally wrong. But glad to see she got a prestigious UF degree. Softball is for now; a UF degree is forever. Hope she takes that degree and uses it to go places in life.
I spoke to her for a few minutes last year after the final UGA series game, a delightful young lady. She said her goal was to attend Dental School. On her instagram profile page, it still appears that’s her goal.
They are a lovely family. I have a friend who teaches at the U of Maryland Dental School, and she was kind enough to send Samantha good info about the process.
