These Auburn and Ole Miss types have been cheating like this for decades... nothing new. But announcing visits and our players getting scooped by the likes of LSU is 100% on the coaches. Why announce a visit this late in recruiting? Just get the recruits to Gainesville. We should have planned a huge party this weekend too. That's something we can't do IF we were playing in a bowl game. That was a missed opportunity. So far I am not impressed with Napier's "army" or whatever they are... dead weight.
What is cheating now, basically anything goes?? They’re playing the new game well it appears, nothing stopping UF from doing the same, is there?
Yes, I agree, but that just means they have far more experience at it than we do. They did NIL crap before we ever though about doing it... see all the players riding scooters... players that they could barely afford them, as proof.
The quiet period starts Sunday, contact must be in-person on the college campus. The dead period starts Monday with the exception of early signing day and the two days that follow. No in-person contact during the dead period which ends January 11th. There is another quiet period between January 3-7 for specific student athletes.
Oh yes, I could name several other schools too, but why get into the weeds like that? You know who these clown cheating schools are.
I know but just irritating that so many gloss over the gumps' history of cheating. They'd probably have zero nat champs if it wasn't for it. I mean have you been to Tuskerloser or seen how dumb people from that area are?
Cosign this. For a team that's coming off a 5-7 record, i'm with you, I would have assumed we'd be going darn near all out in the portal but so far...nathan.
In the South Alabama football and Kentucky basketball has always been King. That's just the way it is....somethings will never change.
Stoops has actually done a nice job making KY football relevant. Used to go to games in Lexington with a half empty stadium. Will never win a SEC championship in football there
Unbelievable that the "Army" assembled this list (aside from Lagway) for Napier to bring in on the final weekend before ESD.
We went for early officials as prospects were committing earlier and earlier. I would like to see a bigger emphasis placed on the last weekend before signing day even if it were to wine and dine current commits on unofficial visits.
couldn’t agree more, last year was the excuse used that the bowl game distracted, or took away our opportunity to recruit… So I wonder what the excuse is or will be this year
