I get so tired of this. They keep acting like he’s #2…#2…#2 ..and he just wasn’t. I could see the argument that …hey, give each guy a series and see who has the hot hand. But this BS that he is RB2 is so overstated. His value & worth is already established. It’s not like the league does’nt know who he is or what he can do. He was always going to be one of the first 4 backs off the board on draft day.
Good luck to him. He wasn’t happy here and it’s his journey. These guys got so many people in their ear I can imagine it’s hard to think straight.
All good, we have a few good youngsters waiting in the wings, hopefully they will play hard every down unlike you know who.
and not to be mean, but like…while I like his effort, wouldn’t mind more comp for Sapp at the SSDE side. I wasn’t tooo impressed by him last year. He’s a tweener. Motor is off the charts, but in this scheme he’s a tweener
I'm waiting on all the posters that claim Napier is a much better recruiter than Mullen because all of Mullen's classes washed out to come out of hiding. Anybody?
But Napier is bringing in better players in class 3 than class 1. It sucks that Douglas left but he was a high school QB that took a full season to learn the position, then he got hurt. The DT we lost is the worst loss. He was a starting quality player. comparing Mullen’s classes to Napier’s bump class is idiotic!
I would hope so....of course they haven't signed yet much less had time to wash out....so we can't really compare to Mullen's class 3, can we.
Through Mullen's time here, almost every major contributor was brought in by Mac and his staff. Through Napier's time so far, almost every major contributor has been brought in by Napier and his staff. Where are the big contributions made by Mullen players?
