The kids like it. I don’t know why many are against it. It’s a uniform.

What if they just think they look good?

 

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. There is no reason to purposely not have the cool uniforms just because some people are superstitious or hate variety. I would love for us to be like Oregon with respect to uniforms. Their alternates look so clean. But no… for some reason we need to have the traditional look to make sure we don’t dip below our 5-7 record.

 

What’s wrong with that? Let the kids feel good about themselves.

 

The uniforms don’t cause the record, they just give everyone something else to bitch about.

I like orange and blue. The black looks good and it’s fine I guess. It’s not superstition or anything like that.i mean, change our colors? Or just wear gimmicky uniforms. Bama is the most boring team there is and they use winning ( and cash) to attract players. The hoopla is kind of silly to me. Bama worries about the score instead of if their skirt compliments their blouse.

 

Most get a chuckle? I don’t think I’ve ever chuckled at an alternate uniform. Look, style is very subjective. You won’t please everyone. It’s not about whether the uniforms look bad, IMO. It’s more that many people don’t want anything other than the traditional look. It’s about aversion to change and diversity.

 

That’s ridiculous. Not gonna lie… I’m used to hooping in my compression shorts and it would annoy me to have to play without them, but it seems it just wasn’t “the right type” of tights in this case. That’s just crazy. Dude is focused on the wrong stuff.
