Doesn't this work both ways? Who is holding the gun to a man's head and forcing him to have sex? Abstinence from a male's perspective is also 100% effective against pregnancy. As the saying goes, it takes two to tango. If a man doesn't want to get a woman pregnant, simply don't sleep with her. It's not hard (pun intended).

The only difference is biological. A biological female cannot donate sperm. And a biological male cannot get pregnant. Therein lies the only real biological difference between males and females. Other than this difference, is there anything a man can do that a woman cannot? No. So every other law can be equal. But when it comes to pregnancy and abortion, that's not possible until woman can impregnate others, and men can get pregnant.

Let's also be clear, the fetus is dead no matter what happens. All these people are doing is subjecting this woman to extreme amounts of pain, the possibility that she'll never be able to have children again, and a much higher statistical risk of death, not to mention the emotional suffering that dragging this out will inflict.
