I'm struggling to hold on at this point. I'll probably still follow the Gators, because like you I haven't managed to quit completely, but my passion and enthusiasm are gone.

Just enjoy the games, cheer for the Gators.
This is all entertaining to me.
I love CFB. Every Saturday I watch games noon to midnight or until I fall asleep on the couch. I will be right back at it next season.

That’s a little deceiving I think. Assume the NIL would be comparable to his actual salary (still several million) but the $20-$25 million includes signing bonuses

still an absurd amount of money to play a year of college football

doesn’t seem to make sense for a guy like him, you’d think he’d want to get to his second contract a year faster

 

Not sure "come to UF so you can learn how to pass protect" is the best selling point for a running back but hey it is what were selling these days.

Yep he is. No urgency. But here’s a question, how do you keep and recruit without players? Again, lack of urgency.

Maybe the coaches were going after still have bowl games or NFL games still to be played? Just a thought.
