Amd when we hire the young promising coaches people start screaming UF is not a place to learn on the job. Etc etc.

 

Seems like this is coach Rumphs 8th coaching stop in as many years. How is there so much interest in coaches who bounce from one school to another every year or 2?

 

Will Harris from Washington? With the LA chargers right now?

 

Will Harris is the DB coach for the Los Angeles Chargers. They are still playing and will be for awhile. Will Harris did coach at Washington, but has been gone fo a couple of years. He came to Los Angeles from Georgia Southern.
He is a well regarded DB coach, who has developed some outstanding DB’s and is relatively young… 37.

Yeah I googled him and was confused because the big game comment made me think he was still at Washington but he’s not. Still a good hire I think, his secondary’s were good at Washington.

 

I thought he was still at Washington. I googled him and the Washington info came first. I didn't look at the dates. My bags.

 

Yeah, same here, I had to sift through it a little before in found it too. He would be a great pick up. Young, good, and NFL coaching experience.

 

Not worrying about Duke's coaches just yet. They were 7-5 and 4-4 in the ACC after all lol

 

If A&M isn’t retaining TJ Rushing I would definitely reach out to him. The dude is an ace recruiter and has coached DBs in the NFL.

 

To add to that, I alway felt he was overrated- Rumph.

 

Dude has had more jobs than Monica Lewinski.
