Georgia -12 over FSU early line....mortgage everything on it

An unmotivated, opted-out Georgia will beat the feathers off this Seminole team. Pretty sure their backups would beat them.

Heck, WE should've beat them!

 

I reserve them for when I'm desperate and need a loan from the mafia.

 

Not that it matters but the line has moved to UGA -14.

 

Hate saying this but that strategy worked for them because there is no honor in sports.i think only Clemson and Florida remember how they dodged massive beatdowns that year. Who knows If they could have started their portal run with two more embarrassing losses that year.

Sports are more shameless now than ever because before there was plausible deniability. Now everything is transparent and sports fans along with media don't care. They don't care about dodging opponents, paying players, leaving the scene of a fatal racing accident, etc etc

Feel like we are behind as a fan base in understanding that.

Did you see how bad they looked against UF most of the game? He threw for like 136 yards! On our secondary.
If Napier knew how to put a team away it would have been 20-0 at the half.
UGA has twice our depth.

I don't think FSU will have a bunch of opt outs if any. Hate the holes as much as the next guy but Norvell has created a team culture up there and his guys will show up. They haven't had a lot of early entries into the NFL either over the past couple years. Or important players leaving for the Portal. We seem to be doing the opposite with players leaving early that shouldn't.

Correct. They dodged Clemson last minute but also avoided a likely beatdown from us due to fortunate scheduling. They didn't have a choice in that one but they benefitted greatly from it.

It will not matter. UGA's second and third teams are way better than FSU's first team!

 

I think that UGA will be coming to the bowl game to prove something if nothing more than UGA's reserves are better than most teams' number one players.

They will be getting ready for next year so they will be the starters instead of the recruits coming in or the players behind them on the depth chart.

That is the way it works at a football factory.

 

Many are done this year, they may decide to not risk injury for the big payday.
They won’t beat UGA with the QBs they have and they know it.

 

as much as I hate fsu….I see a lot about how they dodged us on purpose in 2020, same with Clemson. Clemson…I get. Noles dodged them and backed out like day of or before the game. Lame.

Florida? We played an SEC only schedule. The entire SEC did. No out of conference games we’re scheduled. So while fsu did avoid the beat down by Florida if traditional schedules were played, they didn’t actually dodge us or back out of a game like they did Clemson. Totally different.

 

Actually day of as clemson was getting ready to board the buses to the game as i recall. They let them travel and spend the night, real classy group of people up there admins on down
