The two permanent opponents for UF baseball will be Georgia and South Carolina permanent opponents for the remaining 15 conference teams: Alabama: Auburn, Tennessee Arkansas: Ole Miss, Missouri Auburn: Alabama, Georgia Georgia: Florida, Auburn Kentucky: South Carolina, Vanderbilt LSU: Mississippi State, Texas A&M Ole Miss: Mississippi State, Arkansas Mississippi State: Ole Miss, LSU Missouri: Oklahoma, Arkansas Oklahoma: Missouri, Texas South Carolina: Kentucky, Florida Tennessee: Vanderbilt, Alabama Texas: Texas A&M, Oklahoma Texas A&M: Texas, LSU Vanderbilt: Tennessee, Kentucky
Since SEC softball isn't contaminated by Vanderbilt (private school :spits: ), permanent opponents will probably be different.
Nothing outrageous there, but damn MSU gets the last 2 national champs. Good luck getting out of the cellar. On the other hand, it's only 2 matchups but seems like Aub has a nice draw. Bama and GA are rarely top tier.
Speaking of permanents, why do hair dressers call them permanents when people have to keep going back every month? So just like people grow out of them so can the SEC.
Weekend series are gonna be interesting no matter what but yeah it's all a mess hate this realignment. For now hope Wes Johnson fails and SC fans grow impatient with Kingston, with all these teams schedules are gonna vary a ton so who knows.
I can guarantee you there is a plan, a plan that will change whenever they feel sad about their previous plan.
Texas A&M gets LSU and Texas. Makes sense geographically but those are two historically great programs.
Most SEC programs have had some exceptional seasons in the past 20 ywars. Mizzou doesn't qualify, Tn's success may have been brief.
