FSU went 13-0, won their conference, beat 2 SEC teams and did not get invited to the CFP. Alabama had to score on 4th and goal from the 31 against Auburn to knock them out! If I wasn't laughing so hard...I would be laughing even harder. Its @FSU v. UGA in the Gators Sour Grapes Bowl! Well, if we suck, both can suck it!
Gator fans would be raging, against DeSantis, if the Gators were in a similar position and he didn’t go to bat for them.
Except UF would never have the 55th rated schedule. UF would more likely be in Bama’s position than FSU. All moot though since this is the last year of 4 team playoff.
I'm pretty sure Georgia is going to thrash the Noles unless a bunch of Georgia players opt out. The Noles have more to play to for with their undefeated season on the line.
The much funnier outcome would be FSU beating Georgia then doing a UCF (who beat a disinterested Auburn team in the same spot) and declaring themselves champions
