What a mess of an ending. Yuck! In trouble if we cant win this game by 10-15. Lot of bad looks rearing up. Expected a team to be forming and not falling apart
one of the worst officiated halfs of basketball I have ever seen. i guess Pullin hit himself in the eye
Typical Teddy Valentine. He makes so many calls, many are just wrong. The game is not about you Teddy. Please just quit because you are terrible.
Some people fail to admit or realize just how much officiating impacts the game. We’re up 9 then suddenly we have all 3 of our bigs in foul trouble. So that means either they’re benched and/or they can no longer be aggressive on D. Not to mention it gets in their head, they’re probably pissed off etc. Meanwhile, when was the last time a ref was punished for biased officiating? Ever? In any sport? No because that calls the integrity of the game in question. But make no mistake, they can completely change the game more than any one individual, including star players. That’s why the mob targets them.
You are officially blind. Wake fouled all game especially Carr. The officials only called them when it was atrocious.
There is no discipline on defense. Over rotating, not taking anything away, getting beat into the lane routinely. And it looks the same from opening tip to final buzzer. There are almost no adjustments made.
Ever saw a double digit loss coming. What an ugly game. If you all think the refs were a problem then Golden should have worked the refs.
We came off the Baylor game where it was extremely physical, to now play where we get called for touch fouls. Tough back to back change in officiating.
The bad body language and poor effort the last few mins after it was slipping away is a major concern. Mental toughness is lacking.
That is not at all how to look at it. What you’re assuming is that both teams committed the exact same amount of fouls, which is not the case. They fouled far more than us AND were called for 25% fewer fouls. How is that not unfair officiating?
