Probably true considering that a majority of self-identified Republicans worship Trump as if he were the leader of a cult (in fact, he is) and are beyond any attempt at rational persuasion.
As I've mentioned before, I will not believe this until I see it. There is a regular cycle of reputation washing from Koch indicating his future intent to distance himself and perhaps block Trump. But when you look back after events that transpired, it never actually happened, other than some pro forma public displays of opposing him that are for credulous press consumption
I'm voting for her in the primaries for sure, if enough Democrats turn out for her we can at least relagate the traitor and thief to the dustbin of worst Americans to ever live.
Since I have no impact on the Democrats with Biden running unopposed, i'll be changing to a republican shortly so I can vote for Donald Trump. He's done more for democrats than almost anyone else.
Deep down he is a fascist. We are seeing it in his every speech. When someone tells you what they are believe them.
When democracy and America is on the line, and the nation needs the democrats, they rallied against Trump, dug deep, and went with Hillary Clinton and 81 year old Joe Biden to take on the battle for the country's soul. Are you suggesting that isnt the best they can do?
Well in 2016 Hillary thought trump was such a horrible candidate that she couldn’t lose. We all know how that ended.
Hillary and her campaign made a number of mistakes but the one overriding miscalculation was not taking Trump seriously.
IMO, Dems are utter fools. If they could pull a lever right now & make Haley the pub nom, they damn well should. But, most would not. Why? Cuz, they think Trump is their best shot at winning. That pretty much destroys their arg that Trump round 2 would be a disaster that should be avoided & solidifies party over country. &, for what? a rapidly diminishing shot at Biden winning. sad.
