I think we've seen that already plenty of times this year. Not a good sign.

 

18-0. No way the momentum should have changed in that half. We just got a safety and a great return, crowd was going nuts, until double reverse pitch back to qb for a loss and intentional grounding call. Terrible call, and if that was Napier’s call he has to give up call playing duties next year.

 

I’m hopeful. Tate hasn’t shown anything. Only way they drove for the TD was an asinine play by Lyons and an unbelievable throw/questionable catch by Wilson. Defense needs to stay aggressive.

 

I hate to say it but it reminds me of the Treon days when we picked off Winston 3 times in the first qtr and still only led 9-7.

 

Best half by our D this year IMO. Of course as is the tale of UF another unit can't get it done. If this team ever got all 3 phases clicking at the same time they could play with anyone.

I would have loved a fumble recovery for a TD instead of that stupid safety. i know that every point will be crucial in this game, but 7 would have been better than 2, especially now knowing that the offense had a terrible drive after the free kick. Napier had no business calling a trick play in that situation. we had first down in FSU territory!

 

I just don't understand Pearsall not getting any passes........sorry to beat a dead horse and it'll be the last time I mention it.....
