    I would assume that yes, their building some in Gainesville now, 24 on each floor, 4 stories tall. That's because Gainesville I believe only allows up to 4 stories.

    Idiot Trumpers only want to discuss the potential value of MAL without contrasting it to the tax bill which is the crux of the issue.

    Agree and adding the reason that the assessed value upon which the tax bill is based is a reflection of the restriction on the use of the property. Mar-a-Lago may only be used as a club. Any other use and more specifically development and subdivision and/or conversion of the property into condominiums is specifically prohibited (previously mentioned but apparently the facts never sank in with the Trumpers).

    As part of the New York civil investigation of the Trump Organization a New York court has found that from 2011 to 2021 Mar-a-Lago has been assessed by Palm Beach County as having a value from $18 million to $27.6 million, while at the same time Trump's financial statements has valued it from $427 million to $627 million
