Gross lol. Imagine how that stadium is gonna look when they play eachother! Burnt orange vs washed out orange
As expected. These kids are highly sought after and will listen to pitches till signing day. But a commitment means that UF is the likely destination as of today. No surprise here. This is the case with every top commit.
That's the way I would do it, or advise a recruit to do it, whether he was my son or my client. Keep your head on straight, corunue to work, have fun and make friends making visits.
And, Texas definitely calls themselves UT. My brother graduated from Texas, and, I could never figure out why he was always so obsessed with Tennessee when he talked. So, now we have two UTs to add to our three Tigers in the conference.
So, committed unless a better offer shows up? Maybe we should just change the term "commitment" to "I like you, but if this other chick hits me up, I'm outta here."
I’m a pretty loyal person but if you offer me double the money, I’d have to revisit that first offer and give you the opportunity to at least get in the ballpark.
Of course....I just think its stupid to tweet out all the garbage about being "locked in," "recruitment shut-down," "100% committed," etc., when its as obvious as the nose on my face that its so patently untrue in so many cases. The list at the top of this forum should really be titled: 2024. Florida Gators Football Commitments (for now)
