Utah QB Rising says he'll play 7th season in 2024 Cam Rising is set to return next year for his 7th season. Not for nothin but he looks like he's already been divorced 3 times with a home foreclosure and a few kids mixed in.
I'll be so glad when this Covid, a fellow student called me a mean name, the dog ate my homework, extra year(s) bu!!sh*t finally ends.
If anyone raised a kid who got a participation trophy in anything regardless of how good they were, then they better get used to this, cuz it isn't going away.
When does a player who left early for the draft sue for his last year of eligibility after flaming out in the NFL?
Doesn’t bother me personally, but you do have to wonder about his development as a man…and his ability to move on.
If he is taking advantage of the situation and finishes up with a double Masters or his PHD. Good for him.
Gee relax, good for Cam. I would do the same under similar circumstances, not much in life is nicer than having an extended stay at college and the hero worship associated with being a QB.
Exactly. Almost any of these guys (especially those that don't have NFL prospectus) are going to hold on to college life as long as they can -- especially being the man on campus. I hope he's getting meaningful degrees while doing so, but people that hate probably never experienced being a student athlete. People don't think Tebow would have jumped at the opportunity for a 5th season? Heck yeah he would.
Development as a man? That’s silly. So guys who stay back to go to grad school aren’t developing as a man?
He absolutely would’ve. Good for Cam. The old “back in my day” college fans are always mad at these young athletes for doing what’s best for themselves in this current world of college football.
