    Yeah
    No
    Ultimately

Trevor knows not to run out of bounds. Simple mistake there.
Graham can do better there. Missed opportunity on grounding call.
4th and 17 we got to do a little bit better job on hook areas of the field. Players were in position have to have a little bit more awareness.
We can execute the rush plan a little bit better.
There 12-15 plays in that game that make a difference. Close games magnify them.

7 mill per year and the highest monetary backing we have ever seen for a coach at UF

    0-2 vs Georgia
    0-2 vs Kentucky
    0-2 vs LSU
    1-1 vs Tenerc
    1-1 vs Vandy
    1-1 vs Mizz
    0-1 vs FSU
    2-0 vs SC

2 back to back losing records in SEC play

    Recruiting (per 247)
    22: 18
    23: 13
    24: 5 (Hopefully)

A lot of people in your army can do better.

The highlighted part actually works quite well in Napier's favor.

The one thing we can do much better on is getting the BEST PLAYERS, OF NEED, FROM THE TRANSFER PORTAL, and that takes $$$$$$$$$$$$$ lots of it.

Things I don’t like thus far in his tenure:
    We lose way too much.
    Things I like:
    He’s a class act.
He may not completely spell out reasons we are losing but he doesn’t really make excuses.
He doesn’t appear to “call out” people during or not in games.
He seems to be a good recruiter.
He seems to sincerely like the team and appreciates their effort despite disappointing results.
I know he is a winner and not a quitter; this team has underwhelmed but are not quitters.
I think he knows the college football game pretty darn well.
And, mostly, it appears he wants to be there and will work his tail off to make us competitive and ultimately champions.
Who knows, we may win more games than we think next year - I believe all SEC teams schedules will be tougher next year.

Yep, I agree with all the above. No reason to part with him at this point. The results on the field need to improve.

    Okay on the LIKES.

    DISLIKES:
    Time management
    Special teams
    Urgency when we are down.
Plenty of pre-read shifts and not enough play development counters to take advantage of opponents expectations.
BN seems to wish to overpower his opponents. Sometimes you need to set them up so you can go where they are not.

As others have said, his offense is not special enough to warrant him using up his time there. Fix the things that need fixing.

    One more dislike:
We have four and a five star player on defense that need some serious coaching in gap management, tackling, preparation for the next play and how to cover.

Not sure what Norvell gets paid but his 1st 2 seasons were combined 8-13 with a loss to CFP champ-in-their-dreams Jacksonville St at home. If they fired him like our fanbase wants to do to Napier right now, they would have missed out on a 21-3 record since and a chance for a CFP title.

And if Nebraska got rid of Scott Frost after going 9-13 his first 2 years, they would have missed out on 7-16 in 2+ years after. He's not Mike Norvell, he is not Scott Frost.

There's no way to know but one thing's for sure if we canned him now, 21-3 ain't going to happen because no way the next coach would salvage the mess yet again. The portal has changed the landscape of college football forever. Future coaches aren't going to feast off a prior coach's recruits anymore because the 1st year is going to be an average recruiting year with Year 2 the new start date. Yeah A&M will get their recruits but that's A&M, they recruit even when they are 2-10. We can't afford that because we aren't a program that self-recruits. A new coach coming in has just a month to recruit and hope for the best in the portal. College football is turning into a one-and-done type of deal with the portal. The next dynasty will be one that perfects building a program based off the portal.

The next dynasty is currently in progress, portal ain't got anything to do with it.

He's going to have channel a little Prime this Dec and push a lot of guys out to make room for the 24 class plus free up enough space for much needed Portal guys. And he's going to have to be faster at recruiting and offering the portal guys.
