    A few questions:

    1. What are you trying to demonstrate? That this wasn't a violent attempt to stop the government from doing something necessary for basic democratic governance within a representative democracy (the transfer of power based upon voting)? And your evidence for that is that not literally everybody was involved in violence literally every second of the act?

    2. To whom are you trying to demonstrate this?

Looks like spam. We all saw it unfold that day. Don't bother pissing on us and telling us it's raining.

Is the contention that if there were any times when he was peaceful that day, then he can't be held accountable for the times that he wasn't?

There has been a dump of 40,000 hours of January 6th footage that was suppressed and not released by the government until this week. I am sharing what is going around and letting people form their own opinions.

I think these things should see the light. The MSM and almost the entire journalistic enterprise is a concubine of the Democratic Party, so they won’t be shining the light on any of this stuff. These things are relevant to the thread, and they do challenge the accepted narrative, one that was built under the reality of concealed information that is no longer concealed.

People who are committed to a narrative, though, usually are not dissuaded from what they believe very easily. And that is true of both sides FWIW. So, I don’t expect many people to change their minds. However, the corpus of evidence just grew exponentially that is available regarding this story. It seems relevant to the thread.

And the hundreds of people who were there that day and have pled guilty to crimes and apologized in court? Are they also concubines of the Democrat party?

Frankly, that isn't an answer to a single one of the questions I asked. You hint at things but never outright say them. So let me ask another set of questions directly rather than trying to skirt around them: what is the "accepted narrative" and how does this information dispute it? Were there many instances of violence at the Capitol on January 6 committed by the crowd? What was their goal (i.e., what would have happened if they had been successful)?

I avoided answering the first time because the questions have obvious answers. I suspect the poster is sealioning and I would rather not waste my time getting sealioned.

If the answers are obvious, why are you seemingly trying to avoid direct answers to them? It is almost like the answer to those questions might dispute your preferred narrative.

Makes about as much sense as posting a video or a pic of Ted Bundy sitting quietly on a park bench, then saying " see he didn't do anything". Incredibly stupid and as intellectually dishonest as the day is long.

Tripling down on the sea-lioning I see. Not playing your games. I answered your questions. That is the answer you get despite any protestations to the contrary.

You are spamming the board while falsely claiming that you are just trying to present information, which you are clearly not, given that you mocked Cheney for presenting video from that day. You absolutely did not answer my questions rather making allusions about narratives but always avoiding saying something specific and direct. You did this because you don't like the specific answers.

The reality is that you are engaged in an attempt to help you and others like you deal with the cognitive dissonance as a result of the events of January 6. That is what the corpus of evidence suggests.

However, I will help you out. There was significant violence on January 6 committed by a group attempting to prevent the transfer of power due to a vote. Glad that I could help you out. But I am sorry that I interrupted your attempts to deal with cognitive dissonance. Please continue.

Not surprising at all. It’s what that contingent does, gaslight all day long. “You libs are overreacting, the insurrection wasn’t that serious”

If it was up to them, none of the violent MAGA thugs who physically attacked police officers that day would be punished.

Contra, do the same thing with last nights game and convince me we didn’t lose to Missouri by skipping their highlights. I could use that fairy tale.
