That’s cool. He’s still an obese clown.

He’s obese but I often agree with him more than many others.

This is the problem with discourse these days. Personal attacks with no substance. Surely we can do better? Try not to stress so much about opinions you don't agree with. Peace, my brother.

What’s the difference between me calling Whitlock an obese clown and other posters calling Deion a loudmouth clown? No lectures on “discourse” and “personal attacks” then, eh? Lol

I have always admired your insistence on taking the high moral ground. And you have demonstrated this quality once again, by insulting people who are over weight.

It makes perfect sense. There's nothing wrong with being proud of yourself and thinking you're the best at something. There is something wrong with needing to make sure everyone else knows it and having to always try to be the center of attention. Frankly it's a grating personality trait.

There's plenty of famous athletes and celebrities that are just as good as he is at what they do who don't constantly need to be the center of attention. They also don't generate hate. Being humble is a good thing.

I hope he succeeds there but I really don't want to see sports center spend an hour talking about him wearing sunglasses.

I’m not insulting Jason Whitlock for being overweight. I’m insulting him for being a terrible journalist who just so happens to be overweight.

I mean people, have known exactly who he is and what he’s all about since the 90s. I guess I don’t let sports entertainers get on my nerves the way some folks do.

Jason Fatlock isn’t a sports entertainer, he’s an obese media blowhard. Nice try tho!

Yeah I'm with you in that it doesn't really bother me, I don't really care enough about entertainers enough to be bothered except when I'm watching GameDay to see what games are on and what the best matchups are and instead watch Deion Sanders talk about how another irrelevant coach dissed his sunglasses for 35 minutes. Then you realize he only did it to sell sunglasses and basically turned GameDay into his own personal advertising scheme.

I realize that if your world revolves around being cool like his and so much of the medias does this is great but to me it's off-putting. I haven't been cool since like 2005 and I'm ok with that.

Answering this will get the “keep the Too Hot political nonsense out of this section” crowd riled up, so I’ll pass.

I mean I get how you feel and honestly I haven’t watched ESPN GameDay or any of those other football shows much this season. I know they were on his jock heavy earlier in the season, have they still been covering him as much now that the luster has worn off and he’s losing?

    His team quit on him

his massive oversize ego cannot win him a game

all that talk about his previous recruits hitting the road? Net 3 wins.

The media didn’t do him any favor fawning all over him. They made the fall harder.
