Pre-Game Discussion: FLORIDA at Missouri

Did anyone see that resent (today) interview with Missouri's head football coach? What a cocky azz POS that clown is. I hope we crush that clown's team.

Agreed, except he is a good coach unfortunately.

Missouri has to be happy with themselves pulling a top tier coach from the group of 5 and giving him 4 years to build a program.

Go Gators, dish out some Mizzery like we did last year!

 

He's at Missouri, where mediocrity will do for a while... while you build a team and staff.

That is so unlike the win now mentality of some Gator fans have (no you per se) but the ones calling for change in the middle of huge upgrades with a great infusion of depth to our team... 2024 recruits.

 

Ranked 9th in country. Not that underrated.

 

He’s my coach of the year in the SEC.
He’s a really good coach and it’s easy to be a little cocky when you know you’re good. He also impressed me in that he could see that he needed to step away from offensive coordinator, which shocked me honestly. Got to admire a coach that does not give you coach speak all the time like most coaches and is willing to make a change that involves removing himself he has Mizzou rank ninth in the country and he has worked the portal very well.

 

He was cocky when mizzou was mediocre.

 

I wonder if he has noticed that physical teams give our defense problems later in the game.

 

Don't be shy to tell them to stfu.

 

The thing we all know is that many of our current football fans were never here for the old days, when just going to watch the Gators play football was in and of itself an exciting weekend event. Yes, winning was so much more fun, but even still I was entertained.

Nowadays these people want to fire a coach that is clearly in the process of rebuilding our brand/football program are silly enough (not Dave the thinker per se) to think that we should fire him after less than 2 years on the job.

That is crazy, especially with the recruiting class we "still" have coming in 2024.

Someone is changing my words.

 

Get the ball to #’s 1-3-7, early and often. All 3 should be on the field for the opening drive, but won’t, unfortunately.

 

He was a complete douche even when Mizzou sucked.

I think he’s a good coach. He’s doing really good things at Missouri of all places.

No Barber. I actually think for whatever reason George is better at LT. Interested to see Waites in extended time.

 

Things that should be done eventually, should be done now. I'm not for letting Billy go, but, it has seemed to work for the Holes. There would have to be a can't miss prospect or some unbelievable collapse in the last two games for that to happen. I do expect the team to be dramatically improved next year. That doesn't mean win 10+ games next year with our schedule. It does mean our O line needs to be much better and the defense should not be bullied by any and everyone. Some of the things that have happened are inexcusable.
