Should I point out to you all the non-Presidents that have been prosecuted for unauthorized possession of classified documents or all the non-Presidential businessmen that are prosecuted for fraud?

Senators on proper committees have access to classified documents. They can check them out for official committee meetings and conferences. They should be returned when finished.

You are correct that only the POTUS or VPOTUS can have documents in their residences, but only when they are officially and currently holding office. The docs found at MAR were months after Trump was no longer POTUS. Those documents clearly should have been in the possession of the National Archives, per the Presidential Records Act.

And yes, the FBI didn't lay out what they found at Biden's place nor Pence's, because a raid wasn't required. With Trump, when a judge signs a warrant, they often ask for proof, which is why the FBI laid out and took pics. Standard Operating Procedure. No pics when the FBI is granted full access is also an SOP.

No dotted lines needed when the docs are in a bathroom or a ballroom at MAR. We know Trump had the docs, and just how sensitive the materials were. The fact that you, nor anyone can even connect a dotted line between Joe Biden and the Chinese is telling. Maybe, it's because there isn't one? Keep digging and investigating; that's fine.

That is irrelvant. Read the list of Presidents prosecuted. It is zero, largely due to the absolute power of the POTUS to unilateraly declasify anything he/she wants. If the POTUS wants to walk out the White House door with the most sensitive information he can, by just declasifying it. The laws you reference likely do not apply to POTUS. We will find out soon enough.

If he decided that he was done with politics after he lost the election he presumably would have never floated the big lie of election denial which resulted in the false elector scheme, the harassment of election workers and culminated in the attempted coup d'état of January 6, 2021 so I would agree that if that was the case he would have never been indicted on the charges related to the election denial scheme. As far as the documents are concerned if he returned them when requested and didn't lie about their deposition he would not have been indicted on those charges either.

The president can declassify documents and to do so he has to follow specific procedures. Trump failed to follow the requisite procedure. Sorry, he cannot declassify documents just by thinking about it nor does he have the authority to do so after he has left office when he no longer has the power of the presidency.

Trump also lost the power to declassify noon Eastern on Jan 20, 2021. If the docs in Trump's possession find by three FBI during the raid had not started the declassification process before then, the docs were still classified. There is zero record of Trump declassifying, no declassification marks, and people willing to testify to the facts.

I don’t disagree with anything you stated, but you are blinded by your raging hate for orange man bad that you fail to acknowledge the significance of the above.

By the way the same executive order that gives the president authority to classify and declassify documents also applies to the vice president meaning that he had chosen to do so while in office Joe Biden could have declassified the documents discovered in his DC office and in his garage. In other words the same argument that you made regarding the authority of the President also applies to the Vice President. See below (the list isn't complete it also includes other government officials).
    EO 13526
    Sec. 1.3. Classification Authority.

    (a) The authority to classify information
originally may be exercised only by:

    (1) the President and the Vice President;
Fact check: Biden had the authority to declassify as vice president

That’s awesome, but what does that have to do with Trump?

Trump wanted to build a wall to keep out illegal immigrants.

Critics of Trump ought to build a wall to bang their heads against, since metaphorically that's what they're doing, as this thread and anything else anti-Trump clearly shows. I try to avoid such threads as this, no matter how truthful they are, to avoid severe headaches.

More. Thank God we have the Second Amendment as the long promised check on tyranny. I'm sure those militia types, wanting to hold on to their guns as a protection against tyranny, are getting ready to mobilize against the next Trump administration. They always tell us that's what they're there for

The reality is that rather than opposing a new Trump Administration those militias would become the new Brown Shirts and end up supporting the Dear Leader much as the original Brown Shirts ended up supporting Hitler who like Trump promised to "root out the vermin".

This premise of this thread is stupid. When the left disagrees with someone or something, they try to cancel it with terms like racist, nazi, fascist, *****phobic….blah blah blah
